EMI Policy

At Plymart, we may offer EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) payment facilities for eligible purchases through selected banks, financial institutions, or payment service providers. EMI availability depends on the applicable product, order value, payment method, and participating financial institution.

1. EMI Eligibility

EMI facilities are available only for eligible customers and transactions supported by our participating banks or payment providers. Eligibility may depend on:

• Minimum purchase amount
• Selected bank or financial institution
• Credit/debit card type
• Available EMI tenure
• Payment provider’s terms and conditions

2. Available EMI Tenures

Available EMI periods may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, and promotional offer. The applicable EMI options, tenure, interest rate, processing fee, and other charges will be displayed or communicated before payment where applicable.

3. Interest and Processing Fees

EMI transactions may be subject to interest, processing fees, service charges, or other fees imposed by the relevant bank or payment provider. Plymart & Accessories does not control charges imposed directly by banks or financial institutions. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable charges before confirming an EMI transaction.

4. Order Confirmation

An order paid through EMI will be considered confirmed only after successful authorization and confirmation of the payment by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

If an EMI transaction is declined or fails, the order may not be processed until an alternative successful payment method is provided.

5. EMI Cancellation

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any applicable EMI reversal or cancellation will be handled according to the terms and procedures of the relevant bank or payment provider.

Plymart cannot guarantee the exact time required for an EMI reversal because processing times are controlled by the financial institution or payment provider.

6. Returns and Refunds on EMI Purchases

If an EMI purchase is eligible for a refund under our Refund & Return Policy, Plymart will process the approved refund according to the applicable payment method.

The bank or payment provider may determine how the refund affects the customer’s EMI schedule.

Any interest, processing fee, or service charge already imposed by the bank or payment provider may not be refundable unless the relevant institution’s terms state otherwise.

7. Product Exchanges

If an EMI purchase is exchanged for another product, the difference in price may need to be paid or refunded depending on the value of the replacement product and the applicable payment-provider rules. Additional EMI transactions may be subject to separate approval.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for making their monthly EMI payments directly to the relevant bank or financial institution according to the agreed repayment schedule.

Plymart is not responsible for late-payment fees, penalties, interest, or other charges resulting from delayed EMI payments.

9. Changes to EMI Offers

Plymart reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue EMI facilities, participating banks, minimum purchase requirements, promotional offers, or available tenures at any time. Any applicable terms presented at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.

10. Important Notice

EMI is a payment facility provided through participating financial institutions or payment providers. The customer’s EMI agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective institution.

Customers should carefully review the EMI amount, tenure, interest rate, processing fee, and total payable amount before completing the transaction.
